Sprint 1 — Use‑case consolidation

  • Align stakeholders and prioritize 1–3 use cases against business value and feasibility
  • Define success metrics, risks, and technical boundaries
  • Activities: workshops, brief interviews, constraint mapping
  • Deliverables: use‑case canvas, success metrics, risk register, scope note

Sprint 2 — Agent product sprint

  • Build the first MVP, run at least 3 iterative user tests, converge to a tested V1
  • Strengthen solution, connect data sources, set up KPIs and permissions
  • Activities: daily build‑test loop, issue triage, KPI instrumentation
  • Deliverables: working MVP, test report, KPI dashboard draft

Sprint 3 — Solidify and next steps

  • Additional validation with users or clients
  • Path options: operate MVP with La Piste, transfer to your infra, or formalize Design Partner program
  • Activities: handover prep, documentation, backlog grooming
  • Deliverables: go‑forward plan, handover checklist, prioritized backlog, Design Partner brief
